Order Cancellation Before Shipment:

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

• If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund within 3–5 business days, as per banking/payment gateway norms.

Order Cancellation After Shipment:

• Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

• In such cases, you may follow our Return Policy after receiving the product.

Auto-Cancellation:

Saraswati Music reserves the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

• Product is out of stock or discontinued.

• Incomplete or invalid address/contact details.

• Payment not received or payment failure.

• Order flagged as suspicious or fraudulent.

If your order is cancelled from our end, the amount will be refunded in full.
