RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE SHOPPING AT WWW.SARASWATIMUSIC.IN

10-DAY 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Saraswati Music, you may return it for a full refund of the product price, store credit, or exchange—your choice. We offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery.

Saraswati Music accepts returns made only within the first 10 days after delivery.

Returned products must be shipped within this period. Items must be in original packaging, complete with all components (warranty card, manuals, accessories), and show no signs of use, wear, or damage.

Please pack the item securely (as originally delivered) to avoid damage during return transit. Poorly packed returns resulting in damage may be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds are for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges—unless the product is received damaged or defective. Any physical damage must be reported to Saraswati Music within 2 days of delivery.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Returns accepted only within 10 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.

  • The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

    • Opened or used sets of strings, boxes of reeds

    • Software, audio interfaces, MIDI keyboards (or any product requiring registration)

    • Earphones, earplugs, wind instruments (due to hygiene), harmonicas, etc.

    • Installed pickups or components

    • Drumsticks, drumheads, books, CDs, DVDs, and videos

    • 88-key digital pianos

    • Items with missing/altered serial numbers

    • Open box products (unless non-functional; report immediately)

    • Products damaged due to incorrect power supply or voltage issues
