Precision Digital Expansion
Designed for the most demanding studio environments, this card transforms your analog hardware into a versatile digital hub. For ISA One users, it allows for the simultaneous digital capture of both the mic preamp and the independent DI channel. For ISA 430 Mk II owners, it provides a direct, high-quality path into your DAW, maintaining the full dynamic range and tonal character of the heritage Focusrite circuitry.
High-Resolution Audio Performance:
The card utilizes high-quality Delta-Sigma converters running with 128x oversampling to achieve a massive 122dB dynamic range. This ensures a transparent signal path that avoids the "brittleness" often associated with lower-quality conversion. With support for sample rates from 44.1kHz all the way to 192kHz, it meets the standards of professional recording and mastering facilities.
Advanced Networking and Sync:
With the addition of Dante connectivity, your ISA hardware can now be part of a larger AoIP (Audio over IP) network. You can route your digital signal to any Dante-enabled device or RedNet interface using the Dante Controller software. The inclusion of Word Clock I/O on BNC connectors ensures rock-solid synchronization with your house clock or other digital studio equipment, minimizing jitter and phase issues.
Flexible Connectivity:
The card is equipped with multiple output formats to fit any setup. It features a 9-pin D-sub connector for AES3 or S/PDIF (using breakout cables), a TOSLINK connector for ADAT (up to 96kHz), and dual RJ45 ports for Dante (Primary and Secondary for redundancy). This flexibility allows you to send your digital signal to up to four different destinations simultaneously.
Dual-Channel Conversion: Converts two analog channels to high-resolution digital audio.
Up to 192kHz Resolution: Professional 24-bit conversion at all standard sample rates.
Dante Enabled: Networking capability for Focusrite RedNet and other Dante systems.
Multi-Format Outputs: Support for AES3, ADAT, and S/PDIF digital formats.
Ultra-Low Jitter: Internal clocking designed to guarantee the highest audio fidelity.
Word Clock I/O: BNC connectors for perfect synchronization with external digital gear.
Redundant Dante Ports: Secondary Ethernet port with auto-switchover for critical reliability.
