3-Way and 2-Way Focus Mode:

The Focal Trio11 Be is effectively two monitors in one.

• 3-Way Mode: Utilizes all three drivers to provide a full-range frequency response (30Hz – 40kHz) for critical tracking and mixing.

• 2-Way Mode (Focus): Disables the 10-inch subwoofer, restricting the frequency response to 90Hz – 20kHz. This simulates the limited frequency range of smaller systems, allowing you to check mix translation and midrange balance without leaving the sweet spot.

Signature Beryllium and "W" Cone Technology:

• Beryllium Tweeter: Focal’s pure Beryllium inverted dome tweeter offers unmatched rigidity and lightness, delivering a linear high-frequency response up to 40kHz with incredible transient detail.

• "W" Sandwich Cones: Both the 5-inch midrange and 10-inch subwoofer use "W" composite sandwich technology. This design provides perfect optimization of the frequency response curve by controlling lightness, rigidity, and damping, resulting in total transparency and extremely low distortion.

High-Efficiency Class G Amplification:

To drive the massive 10-inch subwoofer, Focal utilized Class G amplification. This provides the sonic quality of Class AB but with the efficiency of Class D, allowing the Trio11 Be to deliver high sound pressure levels without the heat or compression issues common in traditional high-power monitors. The midrange and tweeter are powered by dedicated Class AB amplifiers to preserve the utmost musicality and detail.
