Reference-Class Bass Extension:

The KH 150 W utilizes a state-of-the-art 6.5" woofer housed in a high-strength, 20-liter bass reflex cabinet. This combination allows it to reach a linear low-frequency response down to 39 Hz—comparable to much larger three-way systems. For EDM, urban music, and film scoring, the KH 150 W provides the low-end honesty needed to make critical mixing decisions without necessarily requiring an external subwoofer.

DSP-Driven Accuracy:

The internal DSP engine is the core of the KH 150's superior performance. It enables sophisticated digital crossovers that eliminate the phase distortion inherent in traditional analog filters. The result is a linear phase response (105 Hz to 16 kHz), providing stunningly clear mids, precise impulse reproduction, and finely resolved reverbs.

MA 1 Automatic Room Alignment:

The KH 150 W is "Network-Enabled," allowing it to connect directly to your computer via a standard Ethernet switch. Using the Neumann MA 1 (sold separately), the monitor can be professionally calibrated to your specific room’s acoustics. The calibration data is stored directly on the monitor’s internal DSP chip, ensuring consistent, reference-grade sound regardless of your source equipment.

Mathematically Modeled Dispersion™ (MMD™):

Neumann’s proprietary MMD™ waveguide is optimized for the 1" alloy fabric dome tweeter to provide a wide horizontal "sweet spot" while strictly controlling vertical dispersion.
