Perfect Indian & Chromatic Scales:

One of the Maadhurium's most standout features is its ability to switch between Indian (Pancham Gandhar tuning) and Western Chromatic scales. It provides perfect matching of all notes to Indian Ragas at any selected pitch (sur), a feat that is physically impossible in mechanical scale changer harmoniums.

Precision Customization:

• Individual Key Fine-Tuning: For specific Ragas, you can fine-tune every single key to the 22-shruti norm or even finer levels. These custom micro-tunings can be saved and named for instant recall.

• 8 Harmonium Voices: Select from 8 different reed simulations. You can also adjust the tone from "Mellow" to "Sharp" to suit your vocal texture.

• Pitch & Shadj Selection: The pitch can be altered continuously over an octave (A to G#), and any key can be set as your Shadj (tonic).

Smart Features for Performers:

• Memory & Auto-Save: Includes memory to store 5 personalized user settings (Pitch, Volume, Voice, etc.) plus an auto-save feature that remembers your last-used configuration.

• MIDI Connectivity: Equipped with MIDI IN and OUT, allowing it to be used as a controller for computer music software or connected to other digital instruments.

• Gamak & Emphasis Levers: The advanced model includes levers to simulate the "bellows" effect for volume emphasis and gamaks (slides) for a more authentic playing experience.
