The GainStation 1 utilizes a true hybrid preamp block designed to give you total control over your sonic signature. It incorporates custom DMPA (Discrete Mic Pre Amp) operational amplifiers running on a high-voltage $\pm$30V DC internal power grid (60V rails)—twice the operating voltage of standard audio electronics.

• Clean Gain Stage: Running in pure Class-A mode, the output transistors remain constantly conductive, preventing crossover distortion. Boasting a blazing slew rate of over 100 V/µs (up to 200 V/µs peak tracking), it reproduces ultra-fast transient peaks with linear accuracy.
