The Carnaby HE2 features three bypassable, interactive bands. Each band has a dedicated harmonic drive circuit that increases in intensity as you boost the frequency.
High (5kHz - 25kHz): Adds air and breath to vocals or shimmer to acoustic instruments without becoming harsh.
Mid (200Hz - 6.2kHz): Adds presence and "bite" to guitars or brings a vocal forward in a dense mix.
Low (20Hz - 420Hz): Sub-harmonic enhancement that makes kick drums and bass guitars feel massive and "glued."
Stereo, Mid-Side, and Hybrid Workflow:
Stereo & Dual Mono: Use it as a linked stereo processor for your master bus or as two independent mono channels for tracking.
Mid-Side Processing: Perfect for mastering, allowing you to enhance the "width" of your mix (Harmonic EQ on the Sides) while keeping the "punch" solid in the Center (Harmonic EQ on the Mid).
Digital Recall: Every knob and switch on the front panel can be controlled and automated from your DAW via a dedicated VST/AU/AAX plugin. This gives you the speed of software with the sonic depth of high-voltage analog hardware.
